If you, or someone you know, have any concerns or questions about drugs, there are services in Blackpool that can help. These services will be able to give you advice and information on drugs and different treatment options.


Horizon is available for all Blackpool residents who have problems with their alcohol use, or are worried about a family member, partner or friend. Free, confidential advice and one-to-one support in an easy-to-find, friendly setting.

Young People

If you are a young person – aged 25 or under – or a parent, carer, friend or professional you can contact The Hub – Blackpool’s Young People’s Drug & Alcohol service for help and advice. They can give advice over the phone, or arrange to see people for one-to-one work.

Needle and Syringe Exchange

Clean needles and syringes are available from Renaissance by calling in at 102 Dickson Road, Blackpool, FY1 2BU and via participating pharmacies.
